Clean Way has been satisfying customers for over 11 years.  We are locally owned and operated.

2. Are your employees bonded?

Yes, all employees are bonded.  Certificate of Insurance and Bonding

3. Do your employees get a state police background check?

Yes, all employees have a background check completed.  Clean Way has been authorized to electronically submit background requests directly to the State Police database.  Currently, all background checks for new employees are electronically submitted to the State Police.  Criminal Record Request

4. Do you provide service in my area?

5. Do the cleaning specialists wear uniforms and I.D. badges?

Yes, all employees wear Clean way shirts and I.D. badges.

6. For Industrial customers, do you bring your own cleaning supplies and equipment?

Yes, our janitorial cleaning bid includes the cost of all necessary cleaning supplies needed to get the job done.

7. For Residential customers, do you bring your own cleaning supplies and equipment?

We can either use your vacuum cleaner and cleaning supplies or Clean Way will provide all cleaning equipment and supplies.  You can decide.

9. Will my building be cleaned by the same cleaning specialists night after night?

Yes.  Consistency is the key to quality.  Once your building is assigned to one of our Cleaning Supervisors, that supervisor along with their team of Cleaning Specialists will be the only people cleaning your building.

10. What times are available to have my building cleaned?

You are the boss.  We will clean your building the nights and times that you want.

11. Are your cleaning specialists familiar with alarm systems?

Yes they are.  Every cleaning team is familiar with alarm systems.

12. How do I make payments?

Cash, Checks or VISA credit cards.  When you pay by cash, we will send your receipt in the mail.  When you pay by check, we will send your receipt in the mail.  When you charge your VISA credit card, they will mail your receipt.

13. What are your billing terms?

Industrial accounts is Net 10.  All others is net due upon receipt.

14. How soon can you start to clean our facility?

As soon as possible.
