1. Requirements
   1. Must be honest and hard working
   2. Must have a valid drivers license and valid insurance
   3. Must pass State Police background check
   4. Must be able to read cleaning specifications
   5. Must pass alarm code test and basic tile floor maintenance training classes
   6. Must be able to lift 40 pounds
   7. Must be able to bend, squat, stoop and reach over your head

2. Work Hours:
   1. Daytime: 8:00AM to 5:00PM
   2. Shift work: 5:00PM to 2:00AM
       
3. General Work Tasks: Cleaning Offices, Banks, Medical Facilities, etc.
   1. Dry mop floors
   2. Wet mop floors
   3. Machine scrub floors
   4. Strip and remove old floor finish from floors
   5. Apply new floor finish to floors
