1. Requirements
   1. Must be honest and hard working
   2. Must have a valid drivers license and valid insurance
   3. Must pass State Police background check
   4. Must be able to read cleaning specifications
   5. Must pass alarm code test and basic carpet cleaning training classes
   6. Must be able to lift 40 pounds
   7. Must be able to bend, squat, stoop and reach over your head
   8. Must be willing to learn new techniques and procedures

2. Skill Requirements
   1. Must be a people person
   2. Must be able to demonstrate leadership capabilities
   3. Must understand time management
   4. Must know how to deal with customers at all levels
   5. Must know how to solve problems
   6. Do whatever it takes to get the job done

3. Work Hours:
   1. Daytime: 8:00AM to 5:00PM
   2. Shift work: 6:00PM to 2:00AM

4. General Work Tasks
   1. Detail dusting
   2. Detail vacuuming
   3. Detail window washing
   4. Detail kitchen cleaning
   5. Detail bath room cleaning
