1. Requirements
   1. Must be honest and hard working
   2. Must be willing to learn new techniques and procedures
   3. Must have a valid drivers license and valid insurance
   4. Must pass State Police background check
   5. Must be able to read cleaning specifications
   6. Must pass alarm code test and basic construction clean-up training classes
   7. Must be able to lift 40 pounds
   8. Must be able to bend, squat, stoop and reach over your head

2. Skill Requirements:
   1. Must be a people person
   2. Must be able to lead by example
   3. Must be able to demonstrate leadership capabilities
   4. Must understand time management
   5. Must know how to deal with customers at all levels
   6. Do whatever it takes to get the job done

3. Work Hours:
   1. Day Time:
      1. 8:00AM to 5:00PM
   2. Night Time:
      1. 6:00PM to 2:00AM
          
4. Work Tasks:
   1. Detail dusting
   2. Detail vacuuming
   3. Detail window washing
   4. Detail kitchen cleaning
   5. Detail bath room cleaning
