1. Requirements
   1. Must be honest and hard working
   2. Must be willing to learn new techniques and procedures
   3. Must have a valid drivers license and valid insurance
   4. Must pass State Police background check
   5. Must be able to read job specifications

2. Skill Requirements
   1. You must know and understand the cleaning business
   2. You must love to sell
      1. You understand prime selling time is between 8:00AM to 5:00PM
      2. You understand this is not an 8:00 to 5:00 job
      3. You know you must provide customer service 24/7
      4. You are constantly improving your sales skills
   3. You know and understand the only difference between you and your competition is your personal commitment in exceeding the customers expectations.
   4. You must be able to create customers wants and needs
   5. You must be a people person
   6. You must be money motivated
   7. You must know how to prioritize your work
   8. You must practice time management principles
   9. You must know how to deal with customers at all levels
   10. You must know how to solve problems
